Enjoy private one-on-one Physical Therapy exercise sessions with a fun twist. No doctor’s prescription required. Skip the crowded PT clinics and gyms and step into in a beautiful yoga studio to receive compassionate, holistic care by Physical Therapist Liz Montagna, PT, MPT, RYT.
Private exercise sessions are by appointment only on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Hands to Wellness Collective studio in downtown San Clemente at 215 Avenida Del Mar, Suite L. Choose to book either a 50- or 80-minute private session. Call Liz at (714) 299-9642 to chat and find a day and time that works best for you.
Physical Therapy and Bodywork Sessions are conducted at the office located within WAV PT at 3551 Camino MIra Costa, Suite N, San Clemente, CA. These services include PT evaluations, manual therapy, such as joint and soft tissue mobilization, Structural Integration, and massage. Call Liz Montagna at (714) 299-9642 to schedule an appointment.
Liz Montagna is not contracted with any insurance company or Medicare, but is happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Private Therapeutic Mat Pilates Session (50 or 80 minutes)
Ease your pain while strengthening and stabilizing your core! Lead by a Physical Therapist, Liz Montagna PT, you will enjoy a fun, full body workout that is customized to you to rehabilitate any injuries or relieve chronic pain. Develop a strong, balanced body with targeted mobility and strengthening exercises that will leave you feeling energized.
Private Pilates Reformer Training is held at the office on Camino Mira Costa. Have fun and refine your Pilates skills on a Balanced Body reformer or CenterLine Cadillac and Pole System.
Private Therapeutic Yoga Session (50 or 80 minutes)
No matter what your injury or limitation, private Therapeutic Yoga is for you. Learn how to move into yoga poses safely and mindfully with the assistance of props and expert hands-on guidance of Physical Therapist Liz Montagna PT. Private sessions are customized to you and carefully sequenced to bring structural balance and ease to your body. Learn how to apply these functional yoga poses and movements to your everyday activities to improve your body mechanics, posture, and functional ease.
